Watched most of it last night. I'm not huge boss guy, but I like his music ok and I've always liked him as a personality.
I really liked the show. It was like seeing an autobiography through spoken word and song. If you're a boss fan you'll love it. If you're just a middle aged music fan like me who Springsteen is some part of your life's soundtrack, I think you'll enjoy the story. Worth the watch.
It bored the shit out of me, felt over-scripted. Was telling a friend that, she said dude, it is a Broadway show...[maybe i'm not a fan of Broadway shows??]
Well ya, it was a written show. I would agree it got tedious at times, but he managed to get a zinger in just at the right time to keep it moving. It helped being baked on a few bong rips and mellowed out on ice wine.
One of the most powerful monologues of the last century. Doesn't matter how written it was, it was him.
Kudos.
The Boss. My brother went and enjoyed it. I prefer Phish at the Garden.

Turned it off halfway through. It was much to slow and I had read many of the stories in his autobiography.
