It takes about 3.5 hrs to summit the first peak. It is only 3150' tall. However you start at sea level. Fortunately 2000' of vertical is on that face so it gives a fairly long line which we lack around here. We park about a mile and half from our house. Needless to say we don't get up at 5AM.

The helmet cam is an Oregon Scientific. His brother just bought it for his birthday. Has not had a lot of use yet. The clip that holds it broke so we had to back it up with the Voile strap.
