I just tried to fire Bush

I went for the absentee ballot this time to avoid the long lines on Nov. 2. The only thing that pisses me off is seeing at the top of the ballot being able to do a straight party vote. Are we that brainwashed that we can't decide based on issues rather than party affiliation.

actually I think Politics would be better if more people did a straight party vote IF more people were members of a party AND voted in primaries. That way we could get rid of this Leftist-Rightist candidate nonsense and actually get someone in office who spoke for the majority of people not the loud minorities that seem to think that they get to run the country
