Monster swell forecast for Monday Dec 7.
I was just going to post something about this, comp is looking sick right now and they continue to talk about how big it is going to be on Monday/Tuesday.
The quarters, semis, and final at Sunset may go bigger than earlier in the contest (that was the biggest ever for the event).
The winner of that comp will definitely earn the victory. Sunny is still in the hunt. So is Pancho.
Interesting discussion of hudge swells...

Hoping these storms make landfall and drop some fucking snow already.
I'm currently waiting on the call for the O'neil....should be interesting. I checked a bunch of cams on surfline.....nothing seemed too large, but then again I have no idea where to check.

I hear ya,but this intense ridge of Arctic high sitting on BC is keeping the nice intense lows at bay, perfect for Hawaii surf and sucks balls for us,but The Eddie could be unreal tomorrow, they will get the size but it's the winds that matter and they are looking sweet, could be all time
Just called in sick. Seen the last four. Im going to go camp in Waimea tonight. I would be pretty suprised if it doesnt go. Pray for everyones safety, sanity, and that the hos are pletty.
Eddie was a rad dude who I am bummed I never got to meet. My parents hung out with him and his brother Uncle Clyde and the rest of the Aikau Ohana at the Chinese graveyard where they lived on O`ahu a lot in the 70s. My mom was pregnant with me when he disappeared from the Hokule`a and they spent days walking the beaches of Lana`i looking for him.
Never seen the Eddie go down, but seen plenty of pictures. Hope it goes down today that would be insane!
contest on stand-by...
