You didn't give an option for those of us who can fly
Those would be "E" or "H" or you could even elaborate and go with "I."
Unless you meant like the old "What would'da hapened if Spartacus had a Piper Cub?" cause that's in the "Other ways to Heli-ski" poll.
tunnel upwards
fosbury flop baby.
also, squirrelly drives a small car and as such the perspective is off, that bank is no more than 4' tall.
kinda like this
One ice axe and some old school step cutting usually takes care of it. Either that, or reverse huck it.
Vaulting pole, like this one:

I voted human canon but I really meant...
Catapult.
Once enough cats are imbedded in the bank, use as a step ladder.
Across the street-

But LB's right. That kid didn't listen to me about smoking stunting his growth. He's only 6" tall.

M.S.T.T.
Miata soft top trampoline
Snowerblades, ice axe, bottle of jack, plastic circular sled (some might call it a saucer) and miscellaneuos cookware.
Gotta have one of these...

Needs more votes for tie breakage.
In all seriousness, has anybody had any luck scaling these?
I tried one last year, and it was only about eight feet tall. We failed (Unpossible) and had to hike along it about a half mile til we found a place to get up.
We first attempted the stand on buddy. Ski boots can put some hurt on.
Then we tried making the ski ladder. Didn't have much luck, and if it had worked, the worst part would've been pulling the skis behind you.
Didn't have Axe & Crampons with us. Nor grappling hook, but any trees would've been too far for a catch.
Cannon. Can't buy mass quantities of powder and/or TNT at the hardware store any more.
Elevator or escalator. There's no power to plug 'em in where I need up. Plus, I'm American, and there's NO way I'm gonna climb a flight of escalator stairs!
The ladder would've worked, but how many painters work in winter?
Kite/parasail. I'm afraid of heights... especially unexpectedly high, out of my control ones. Besides, you know a semi will come around the corner goin the other way and you'll end up just like a bug on a windshield. Just sayin.
Ever tried the fosbury flop geared up with ski boots on? = 5ft max, and thats on a good day, goin down hill.
The tree huggers come out of the woodwork and harrass me when ever I show up, pull out an axe and start singin:
"I'm a Lumberjack, and I'm OK!"
As for the Vaulting Pole... I always forget and leave my skimpy little VP outfit at home.
Edit. Oops. I almost forgot.
Catapult. C A T A P U L T. CATa pulT. Kinda rolls off the tonge. I like it. Plenty of ferrel CATS around.... Hmmmm.
M.S.T.T. That would work................only IF I COULD GET UP THE OTHER SIDE TOO.
I'd really like to hear a success story on these that used only "Standard operating equipment."
Why not use a 10$ sal army ladder(old school wood ones), climb up, then just pull it up after you and stash it...
Walking up Kingsbury Grade one day in January '93, road was closed for clearing so I parked at one of the casinos and decided to walk home. No big deal right? I lived in the first res. driveway on the right so only a few blocks from the bottom (directly across from 7-11 for those who know the area), all of a few minutes walk. I guess a blower had gone through within the last half hour because the walls were vert on the uphill side where I was walking. Suddenly I hear a plow scraping bottom behind me and there's another one coming down, nowhere to go! I don't know if it was fear, adrenaline or what but I boogied up that wall so quick I amazed myself. Buried in three feet of plow slop but alive. Moral of the story - Run fast and hit it hard!
