    FWIW "country style rib" pork is just chunked up shoulder/butt. No need to pay someone else to cut it up. No idea how it got that nomenclature.

    I saw over on Mud that you purchased your cruiser in Boise ID and had it checked out by an independent shop. What shop was it and would you recommned them? A much larger selection of cruisers and LX470's there than in MT.
