    Good guess ? Just doing the math a second home in Mammoth doesn't work unless the owner has lots of cash to burn. Or do STR's . I'm an exception...

    Pain in the ass. 5.5 hour drive to our condo. Just under 10k a year operating expenses. Probably use it 25 days a year. Cheaper to rent.
