As I have tried to explain any number of times my primary concern is the siting of this pipeline. If that makes me a nimby, so be it. At risk of repeating myself we have less than 570 residences in a town with a size of more than 28 square miles. NOT HARD to find a route that does not run right next to a residence.

As for accidents I understand that they are uncommon but to say they never happen is not true.
