As far as systems go, KM is a no nonsense, butt-beating system. So generally speaking I would give it a hearty thumbs-up...with a caveat; the teacher is more important than the system. Martial arts requires someone who understands their art and understands how to teach it in order for their students to learn it well and develop the abilities the art is intended to produce. Being proficient at the art is not enough to make a good teacher. So, if you can find a good teacher I would say go for it.
