    Brands

    I'm wondering what you all look for in a brand. In recent years brands pop up and fade out like pop punk bands. Anyone with a few bucks and the adobe sweet can start a brand, but what is it about the brands that stick around that makes them last? Is it pure style and image? Ad money? Or is there a greater connection that's made between people and some of the bigger companies (burton, nike,vans, etc)? What draws you to a company? What makes you connect with them and visa versa?
