Sorry don't have any pictures of the south buttress. As far as snowpack the eastern Alaska range, at least the Isabel Pass area, is doing just fine this year and seems to be fairing much better than the rest of the state. Should be plenty of snow for safe glacier travel this spring which is usually one of my larger concerns.
Been thinking about skiing south buttress of Hayes. Was wondering if you have any photos. My post regarding revelations was they are pretty much in snow shadow of tordillos. Have never thought of the area getting lots of snow. I could be wrong. Anyway is this a good year for the eastern AK range? Leo
