If you're looking for resort work this winter, check out Moonlight Basin. They pay better than Bridger and Big Sky and the staff is (in general) a lot cooler than BS. They also go out and rent condos from private owners and rent them back to staff for anywhere from $300 for a shared room to $450 for your own private room in a condo...usually less than a 1/4 mile from the BS lifts and mountain village. You may also want to look into working for Yellowstone Club - they pay pretty well if you can put up serving the uber rich and can pass a drug test(s).
