Rafa Ortiz is wildly considered one of the top whitewater kayakers in the world, known for his sending some of the gnarliest whitewater and waterfall drops in the world. This past weekend the Mexican kayaker was in Vail, Colorado for the Coors Light Steep Creek Championships, as a part of the GoPro Mountain Games.
