Family Dinner: Griffin Post’s Elk Chili

When Griffin Post isn’t off shredding Alaskan spines for Magic Hour or hunting for treasure in his free time – chances are he’s cooking up a storm in his kitchen back home in Jackson Hole. Every fall, he’s a big proponent of hunting for his own food – and harvesting an elk every year is a tradition he likes to adhere to. This fall, he invited over some of us from TGR for a delicious dinner of homemade elk chili (best served alongside some cold Sierra Nevadas) to reminisce about the past season. There was some heckling, lots of remembering the insane adventures of the previous season, and a whole ton of planning for next year.
