Chris Greneir Bought Some Land & Constructed A Dream Shred Zone

Stressed out, constantly stimulated, overworked? An off-grid cabin, rope tow, hand-built snowboard rails, and no cell reception might be the recipe for utopia. And pro snowboarder Chris Greneir just made it a reality. With friend Alex Andrews, Greneir bought a remote plot of land and the duo constructed their dream shred-and-life zone, dubbed the Freedom Frontier.

“We come up here work, and it’s a labor of love,” Greneir said and listed off the construction list including the back deck, skate park, mountain bike trails, solar panels, furniture and light fixtures.
