Athletes Took Action During Last Week’s Climate Strike

As millions of people watched Greta Thunberg give her now-famous speech in front of the United Nations, many thousands more marched through the streets all over the world demanding action be taken to halt climate change. Brand like The North Face, Burton, Specialized and Patagonia closed their doors for the day or called for their customers to go out and let their voices be heard. As people that live, work, and play outside in our changing environment every single day, athletes have high stakes in this struggle.
