Arianna Tricomi’s First Turns After Her Longest Ever Skiing Hiatus

After missing two full seasons due to a grueling injury, Arianna Tricomi is so stoked to be back on the slopes. After winning back-to-back-to-back Freeride World Tour championships, Ari broke her tibial plateau and tore her ACL in the 2020 off season. It was a long and hard road to recovery, but she was determined from the start to get herself back to skiing shape as quickly as possible. As many of us know, two years away from the sport we love the most is a very, very long time, and the arduous process of working so hard just to get back to a baseline level of ability poses both mental and physical challenges. Ari learned a lot about herself and about skiing from this process and I’m sure we’ll be seeing more great things from her in the coming seasons.
