Amaury Pierron and Tahnee Seagrave Win Val di Sole DH World Cup

After a few weeks off from racing downhill bikes, the world’s best reconvened at one of the gnarliest tracks on the circuit: Italy’s Val di Sole, better known as the Black Snake. The track, which some would equate to one giant root and rock garden, certainly claimed some victims, including American favorite Aaron Gwin, who reinjured his thumb during a crash in practice, and many more.

Once all racers had dropped, the results were clear: Frenchman Amaury Pierron rocketed to yet another World Cup victory, with Tahnee Seagrave winning yet another women’s title.
