This wasn't just a movie screening; it was a full-blown weekend celebration of the culture, community, and relentless passion that fuels the world of freeride skiing and snowboarding.
Thursday: A Night of Speeches, Inductions, and New Faces

The weekend's kickoff on Thursday evening was an event to remember, held with a private family and partner dinner at the stunning Rendezvous Lodge at the top of the Bridger Gondola at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
The atmosphere was filled with a sense of community and celebration as the evening's program began. Heartfelt speeches were given by family members and athletes alike, reflecting on the shared experiences and deep bonds that have been forged over the years.

A major highlight was the official TGR Hall of Fame induction of two key figures in the company's history: Adam Hostetter, Dave Swanwick and Brett Hills. This was a moment to honor their tireless work and dedication, which have been instrumental in shaping the Teton Gravity Research legacy.
Adding to the excitement, the event also served as the official introduction of the newest athletes to be featured in this year's highly anticipated film, Pressure Drop. Freeskiing stars Teal Harle and Molly Armanino were welcomed into the fold, symbolizing the evolution and continued progression of the TGR crew. This blend of honoring the past and embracing the future set a powerful tone for the weekend of festivities.
Friday: A Day on the Green with Athletes and Awards

The fun continued on Friday with the annual athlete golf tournament. The event was a perfect blend of friendly competition and lighthearted humor, where TGR athletes, staff, and partners took to the course under the beautiful Wyoming sky. This was a great opportunity for everyone to connect and enjoy some laughs before the weekend's main event, celebrating the TGR community both on and off the mountain. The day was a testament to the fact that while we live for the mountains, we're just as happy to get together for some friendly competition in the valley.
Saturday: The Main Event - Far Out Fest & World Premiere of Pressure Drop

The weekend culminated on Saturday with a full day of festivities centered around the Teton Gravity Research world premiere of Pressure Drop. The day-long celebration, dubbed Far Out Fest, took place at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere for fans, athletes, and partners.

The festival offered a variety of activities for everyone, including live music, partner booths, food, and drinks. The Jackson Hole Mountain Resort bike park was also open for a bonus day, allowing attendees to get in some final laps of the summer alongside TGR athletes.



From the moment the doors opened at the Walk Hall, the energy was electric. Athletes and filmmakers from the Pressure Drop crew hit the floor, greeting fans and hyping up the crowd with some exclusive giveaways before the lights dimmed.

The film itself is a testament to the crew's unwavering commitment to pushing the boundaries of what's possible on snow. We’ve seen incredible footage from our athletes this past season. The night was filled with moments that had the crowd holding their breath, then erupting in applause, every turn, every jump, and every breathtaking landscape was met with a roar of approval.
But the night didn't end with the credits. The celebration continued at the Mangy Moose afterparty, where the TGR family came together to celebrate a winter to come. It was a true celebration of the mountains and the shared experiences that connect us all. The Pressure Drop World Premiere was more than an event; it was a promise of an unforgettable winter to come.
