6 Year Old Snowboarder Tailslides and Hits Rails

Nico Bondi is only six years old—and rips. Snowboarding, skating (and surfing—not featured in this edit) is his trio of life passion. Based in Madonna de Campiglio—a village adjacent to a ski resort in northeast Italy—Bondi gets out on some form of board and water as often as possible.

To the north, he heads to Laax valley to hit up the sweet park, followed by indoor skate and snowboard sessions on ramps and jumps. Called the Freestyle Academy, it’s the first-ever freestyle indoor base in Europe—and it’s almost a five-hour drive away from Bondi’s hometown. That’s commitment. (Cheers to his parents and mentors!)
