Winter’s Wind is the story of one man’s journey from protege to guru, mentor and legend, played by the real legends of skiing – past, present and future. Shot on 16mm film and HD video, it is a full-length theatrical feature and ski action epic.

Winter’s Wind is the culmination of Matty “Moo” Herriger’s years of dedication to film making, skiing and mountains. For more than two decades the elements of Matt Herriger’s first independently produced film have been shaped by his experiences as an athlete and one of the industry’s most elite high angle cinematographers.

Featuring: Scot Schmidt, Micah Black, Mike Wilson, Gary Bigham, Dean Decas, Ralph Deslauriers, Dash Longe and introducing Alex Krylov. Winter's Wind is the culmination of Matt Herriger's years of dedication to filmmaking, skiing and the mountains.
