Shoveling is the hardest and most time consuming part of an avalanche rescue.  Steve Christie helps with some invaluable techniques for shoveling with one or two people.

The BCA Avalanche Rescue series is a 7 part training course developed by TGR and lead guide Jim Conway to share the techniques used by the crew in the backcountry.
