Starting today, and in a partnership with Backcountry.com, uber is launching their first ski and snowboard-specific taxi service, uberSKI, which will deliver Salt Lake City-area skiers and riders to any ski area surrounding Ogen, up in Park City, or up in the two Cottonwood canyons, in an AWD vehicle with a ski rack. Sierra Quitiquit and Powder Video Awards Best Line winner Angel Collinson were there to test out the first one, although it's unconfirmed whether or not Angel dumped her Nalgene for the provided Fiji water. Don't do it, Angel!

Uber launched the service today with a nominal $4 surcharge above their normal uberX or uberXL pricing, and today only, riders who try out the service might get surprised by their driver with a $500 gift card from Backcountry, $500 in uber credit, or a $100 Liftopia gift card.
Of course, you could always take the Utah Transit Authority bus to the hill, which is free for passholders and only costs $2.50 for a one-way fare or $6.25 for a day pass.
