80-Year-Old Ski Legend Rips 400cm Skis from Yesteryear

I can't even imagine what riding these things must feel like. Swiss ski legend Art Furrer took his 400cm long Volkls out for a rip and had the time of his life at the ripe age of 80. What's the mount point on those…30cm back center?

Just stumbled upon this today in 2020.
He is exactly as I remember him from the 60’s when I taught skiing with him during the 1st 2 years of Bolton Valley in Vermont. What a character! Don’t know of another skier who could turn these babies like he does at 80. So much fun to see him again. Thanks.
