Volcom Releases Backcountry Line Inspired by Bryan Iguchi

Volcom releases a line of snowboard soft goods inspired by the snowboard freeride legend Bryan Iguchi. The collection is directly influenced by Guch's needs when he travels in the backcountry, including a GORE-TEX shell, pant, and a wool base layer with built in hood balaclava.

The most interesting part of the collection is the slack-jacket, a vest inspired by the Jackson Hole Backcountry. It includes pockets for beacons, safety equipment, along with a beacon and shovel in a much more compact system than a traditional backpack.
