Men's Stio Origins 2013 Review

Not too heavy, not too light, the Stio Origins Jacket is perfect for being active outside, or for simply walking around town on a brisk day.

Stio Hometown Down Jacket Review

I've already seen a couple of them in the Tram line over the past couple of weeks. Look no further than the Hometown Down next time you're in the market for a puffy.

Patagonia PowSlayer Jacket Review

The brand new Patagonia PowSlayer not only annihilates snow and inclement weather, but also kills almost any memory of your father’s old Patagonia jacket. Yes, the PowSlayer is environmentally friendly and constructed with impeccable quality just like your dad’s jacket, but unlike older Patagonia items, the styling, new technology and cut of this jacket places Patagonia in the upper echelon of contemporary technical outerwear brands.

Spyder Eiger Jacket Review

"Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee” — If Muhammed Ali were to trade in his gloves in for the newest top of the line ski jacket, he would definitely rock the Spyder Eiger. The Eiger is a versatile, techy, hard shell that, when layered appropriately, is warm enough for the coldest days Jackson Hole can produce. Yet, it is breathable and light enough for any mid-March day on the beach at A-Basin.

Spyder Power Jacket Review

In my recent search for a new ski jacket I came across the Spyder Power Jacket, fully equipped with insulation, breathability and waterproofing. Naturally, I went with black on black to compliment the other half of my ninja get-up. You might not guess from the minimalist design but the Power jacket it packing some serious functionality.

Armada Angular 2L Softshell Jacket Review

It’s kind of funny when you see a pile of gear and your eyes gravitate toward one item in a sea of many. That’s how it was for me with the Armada Angular fleece. The second I saw it, I knew that I’d like it.

The North Face Venture Jacket 2011 Review

For a good lookin', lightweight, fully waterproof, decently-breathable hardshell for under $100, this is a hard deal to beat. I use mine anytime I'm expecting wet conditions, from casual wear around town to weeklong backpacking trips in the Rockies.

2011 Sessions Kreuger Stripe Softshell Jacket Review

When got this in the mail, I tore open the package like a fat kid after a chocolate cake and decided promptly to walk around in the rain. After 10 minutes I walked back inside and besides my pants being soaked, I was rather dry.

Men's Oakley Primed Jacket 2011 Review

This jacket is the best to date. It is a shell and you should layer with this piece. 3 outside pockets, 2 hand one chest all with water proof zippers and generous pull tabs. Chest pocket has a media pocket. Inside there is a velcro closure pocket. The hood has a one side pull that pulls from the inside of the chest pocket to stay hidden from view.
