Signal Snowboards makes an iPad enabled Snowboard

The crazy bastards at Signal Snowboards built a snowboard with an iPad molded into it as a tribute to Steve Jobs. Once a month these guys build a crazy ass snowboard. This one sure fits the bill.

Hacoa IPhone 4 Case

There are a number of wooden iPhone cases out there, but most of them are two piece and often separate in your pocket, making them pretty, but useless. The wooden Hacoa case for the iPhone 4 and 4S is laser cut from one piece of wood. It feels and looks so cool you just may find yourself caressing your magic device twice as much.

Backcountry.com iPad App 2011 Review

If you can afford an iPad, chances are you can afford a new pair of skis, too. If you’re lucky enough to own one of Apple’s sleek tablets, consider browsing for outdoor gear using backcountry.com’s free mobile application for the iPad. The smooth interface allows you to easily shop on the go — or from the couch — in a setting that is more enjoyable and easier to use than the company’s website.

GoPro LCD BacPac 2011 adds montitor to your existing GoPro Camera

GoPro has released a new easily attachable LCD screen for you existing GoPro for $79.99. One of the main feature requests I have heard from people on the GoPro is the ability to see what you are shooting. The LCD BacPac is an easy to use attachment that solves this problem.

Crazy Snowboard HD Pro iPhone Game 2011 Review

This is one of the cooler snowboard games I have found. The graphics are sweet. The tricks and grabs are cool. The lite version is pretty solid and you don't have to pay for the full version to fully enjoy yourself. Having poured through a number of games recently, I give this a thumbs up.

Backcountry Ski Game for iPad and iPhone: Not Really

One look at the main character of this game and it is obvious it is off the back. How can you call yourself a backcountry ski game, when the main character is in cotton jeans, no hat, no eye protection, and skinny skis. There is not much good about this app that I can say. There is a light version for free and one for $1.99. I will continue my search for a cool ski game. This is not it.
