There are a few goggle manufacturers who stand out from the pack and Dragon is clearly one of them. It’s pretty easy to see that the R&D team at Dragon is never satisfied with status quo and are always looking for ways to deliver a product that will revolutionize the industry. The new Dragon APX goggle is a testament to Dragon’s commitment to developing the best goggles in the world.
I was fortunate enough to get a pair of APX goggles last season before they were released to the general public and was immediately stoked with what I experienced. The APX is a fully frameless goggle that incorporates Infinity Lens Technology to improve peripheral vision and create almost effortless lens interchangeability. Honestly, the peripheral vision and optical quality of the APX’s creates a new benchmark in goggle and lens design and performance. You’ll definitely see the mountain differently from the get go.
If you’re like me and do a significant amount of hiking throughout the season, then you’re going to also love the Uni-Directional Flow vents and the Super Anti-Fog lenses included with the APX. I never once had a fog problem and am confident that I won’t in the future, either. In regards to comfort, the Polar Tech micro fleece is extremely comfortable and feels great all day long. And lastly, when it comes to helmet compatibility, the APX’s fit a wide array of helmets, too, so you can easily sport them with your favorite brain bucket.
I highly recommend the Dragon APX goggle and it will probably become your new favorite goggle too.
