I am constantly swapping out goggles throughout the ski season to test out new technologies and to find my favorites. Very rarely do I run into a new technology that I truly love. One of those rare occasions was when I first used the Bolle Gravity goggles with the Modulator Vermillion lens. These lenses are amazing and should put the Gravity Goggles at the top of your list when shopping for new goggles.
The Modulator spherical lens from Bolle changes tint density as light conditions improve or deteriorate and the field of vision for the Gravity’s is one of the best on the market. I was fortunate enough to use a pair on a day when the weather changed from sunny to snowy to cloudy to sunny again. Damn, these lenses are some of the best I’ve ever used. The tint was always perfect for the conditions and the visual clarity was amazing. You could almost buy these goggles for the lenses alone, but the frames can also hold their own as well.
The Gravity frame fits helmets very well, the triple layer foam is super comfy for your face and the Flow-Tech and Equalizer venting will keep things fog free all day. Definitely check these goggles out and don’t be surprised if you’re rocking some brand new Bolle Gravity’s this winter.
