Who has had the biggest influence in your life?
Well, that’s a pretty hard question, but if I had to narrow it down to a couple it would be my parents. They have always been cool and allowed me to take my own path.

Who or what has been the biggest influence on your riding?
Scott Schmidt and Glen Plake for starting it. Seth Morrison, Kent Kreitler for taking it to the next level. Jason Tatersall for taking me under his wing and Sage for obvious reasons.

How did you cross over from amateur to pro, is there a storybehind it?
I just loved to ski; I did a couple of extreme events and did pretty well, got a couple of sponsors and took it from there.

What other hobbies / activities are you currently into, what do you do when your not riding?
I love to fly fish, surf, play golf and ride my mountain bike as much as I can handle.

Where’s the last place you have visited outside the States? Any notable stories?
Whistler BC, good times,beautiful girls, fun skiing. The only bummer is that I kind of have to sneak into Canada. I got caught at the boarder with a check from one of the skicamps in Whistler. They didn’t like that so they red flagged me.

What’s the last book you’ve read?
Advanced Fly Fishing Techniques by, Lefty Kreh.

Foo fighters – one byone

Favorite Album of all time?
That’s a difficult question, there is so many - off the top of my head I would say:Beck, Mutations.

Where do you see your sport in 5 years?
Out of the park and into the big mountains. This is already kind of happening, but the future is..big tricks off bigcliffs. Fluid skiing.

What’s the scariest thing that has happened to you while riding?
I got caught in an avalanche last year that ripped my gloves off and partially buried me. It was small compared to most, but it was the whole white to black thing that was scary.

Where’s your favorite place to ride?
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort; lots of pow, huge airs

What’s the Best Trip you’ve been on?
Depends on what kind of trip. Lets go with the last road trip I was on. I was fly fishing with Marcus Egge and Kevin Jones, huge browns all day long.
