Who has had the biggest influence in your life? Why?
There
a lot of people I look upto not just one person but one thing they all
had in common was their lust forlife and their ability to read the
mountains.
Who or what has been the biggest influence in your riding? Why?
The media has always had a hugeinfluence on me because of the goose bumps I get from those pictures I just neverforget
How did you cross over from amateur to pro, is there a story behind it?
I
was a just a kid trying tomake a name for myself on the World Tour and
I just happened to pull it alltogether and win the World Championship
in Tignes France.
What other hobbies/activities are you currently into? What do you do when you’re not riding?
I ride other things like bikes surfboards motor bikes and my girlrides me.
Where is the last place you have visited outside the States? Any notable stories?
I
am a Canadian I live outsidethe States. One time I went to the USAand
everyone was fat it was really funny. Then I came back to Whistler on
July 4 and all the tourist were Americanthat was also really funny. I
alsovisited the France and it was so stinky there I had to leave that
wasn’t funnyat all.

Where do you see your sport in 5years?
It
seems like everything rightnow is steering towards park pipe rails but
all that crap is a fad like balletskiing once everyone learns to
actually ski I am sure this will be longforgotten.
Whats the scariest thing thath as happened to you while riding?
I launched a cliff in Les Arcs 2 years ago during a comp run and landed
on a lot of rock I came out with minor injuries but it still took
8 weeks to ski again due to a bruised heal I was definitely scared while
I was watching those rocks in my landing.
Where’s your favorite place toride? Why:
Coast Mountains B.C. Why you ask. Because there is nowhere with these kind mountains.
What’s the best trip you’ve been on?
My trp to AK with Sage theOlenicks, Collins and the TGR posse Josh, Adam, Greg, Dirk and Conway.
