Tänk på att starta loppet med torra handskar, jag byter alltid 5 minuter innan start. Under loppet är det bara att köra på. Om det blir kallt om händerna kan man försöka skydda dem bakom ryggen i utförslöporna, då tar inte händerna vinden. Efter loppet tar jag på mig en torr, skön tumhandske med merinoull för att behålla värmen. Lycka till!"
