    Ski manufacturers

Where are the skis produced? I wan't country and links to the manufacturers.

Edit: I mean the actual factories, not the brands.

    China ski manufacturers?
    Euro ski manufacturers?

There's a lot of people here with industry knowledge

    Thanks

AFAIK there are no "factory" websites, just the corporate ones. Some do list their address, though most are for the corporate offices. Only one I know of with corp. offices that are actually located at the factory is Kneissl in Kufstein, AUT.

Yes and so are Karhu's, though some Völkls are still made in GER.

Armada/Goodha/Pale are all made by Pale in AT

Dynastar are made in Sallanches, not Chamonix. (The difference is Reno vs Tahoe)

Salomon are made in the 4 corners of the world, have seen them from France, Austria, China, Ukraine, Czech Republic.

Volkl used to have quite a few skis made in Romania, now mainly China

Volkl: 32 models in Germany. 4 models in China. Elan has never made an adult Volkl model, and they haven't made a junior model in several years.

We don't have a "factory" website, but the international volkl site is www.voelkl.com

Armada was once made at all the above mentioned locations. This year they are made by head.

    Also, I have to add:

Wow - that is good news. I thought with the K2 merger, they were all going to be made in China. So which 4 are not made in Germany?

And 4frnt - Tunisia (last year), and 4frnt claims Elans are made in the same factory

So wait, Armada are made in Austria by Pale, Head and Atomic as well as in Slovenia? Weird.

I like the Elan slovenia factory, they make some bomber skis.

If you go to the Stockli website, maybe the Swiss one (stoekli.ch) you can see the production line and an exterior of the factory.
I think the Gotamas are made in China- the red bases looked and felt and came out of the stone grinder looking like the K2 Public Enemies.

Currently made in a small facility on the Truckee river in Reno by me...at least wile Splat is away.

Here is Splat heading off to pack for Argentina, taking a different route every day to avoid others finding the facility's location

The factory in Africa (Tunisia) is owned by Movement. 4FRNT and G3 use Movement's factory to do some of their line.
