Snowbird 12/29/06 still chalky snow

took some pictures of my friend mariann today on the last run. We skied south chute above emma which still has pretty damn good snow in it.

You guys need to buy me a better camera so we can see her smiling



Now that run was nice but how do i get past this rock band. So much more gnarly than it looks the drop you end up doing to clear the smallest area of rock is about 8 feet down. Not a cliff but something you do have to jump.



She did land it something to be proud of for someone who skis Seven Springs as her home resort.

Only in LCC could pollution be so pretty. Also this cloud was bringing lake stink up canyon.

great view of LCC. looks almost more pnw'ish. had some sweet looking fog like that on alpy's opening day. i gotta get back to the bird this winter sometime
