I am at the farm in San Rafael, the above weather report was second hand news.
Anyways, super trippy weather here. A few hours, a super big wind storm swept thru, now still as can be and 80 degrees!
The Argentine weather is like everything else here, subject to change!
Just a few minutes later and the temp has dropped 12 degrees and the winds are picking up. Definetly looks socked in up in the mighty Andes!

Well in your neck of the woods, the are weather sensors you can click on for your hourly updates. Here, not so much. Besides, I have some free time on my hands today!Originally Posted by alpinedad

Estoy un gringo en una extreno terrena. No es facil!
The Mrs. and I don't really fit in around the farmlands too much. In fact, I think we really only fit in when Marte is running! but that is another story for another day.
Thanks for your reports enlosandesIt's getting me psyched for Las Lenas
It's so good to hear your reports, especially after I JUST got an email from my friend who is in Bariloche... and he said it's so bad there (rain, no snow at the base) that he's leaving (he was going to spend the summer there) to go to Farrellones. I was planning on hitting up Las Lenas and Bariloche in August, but I think a change of plans may be in order there!

Looks like the storms are stacking up. I wouldn't expect any real ski reports soon, but maybe storm totals from time to time.
