FS: Fly fishing gear
Penn 9 wt flyrod and Flueger Medalist reel - $125 obo
9' - 9 wt flyrod and reel for sale, in great condition, with line (sinking tip if i remember correctly, i believe i have some floating line laying around as well). plus 20# backing.
great for catching salmon.
edited to add that money will be used for a pair of bos and dynafits. help a brotha out.

it has been a while, these days i catch all of my fish with a net, but i remember it being pretty stiff. i've used it to land cohos before. i'll check out the rod a bit closer tonight and report back any details listed on it.

Nice, thanks. I am more looking for the type of flex pattern, ie. full, mid or tip.

If I recall correctly, the Penn flyrods tend to have a medium action on them.
They're definitely not fast, but don't quote me on that.
If I didn't already have a ton of 9/10/12/14 gear I'd snatch this up.The only thing worse than the feeling that you are going to die is the realization that you probably won't.
