At 3 AM snotel reported 15" of new overnight at Berthoud. As you can guess I didn't get much rest after reading that report. Over the next several hours before we arrived there the pass got another several inches of light Colorado Blower. Scott and I arrived at the top of the pass to an unplowed parking lot due to all the new snow and a couple of cars abandoned on the side of the road. First skin brought us up to the east side and a combination of TST trees to North Chute. Unbelievable.

Felt like we were back in mid-January form. Light blower, at least a foot and a half deep. Second lap we tried the west side and found a little less snow, but still great turns. Lift gulley supplying the goods:

Third lap we ended back up where we began. The goodness......

The noon hour came and we traveled down the pass over to Loveland. The sun was shining as we arrived, but there was still plenty of goodness to go around. A couple of laps on 1, and then a couple over on 9 brought shit eatin' grins to everyone's faces. Light and dry up top and still dumping throughout the day. There were maybe 100 cars in the parking lot and the mountain was deserted. Good times. SheRa stepped it up in the afternoon and hit Mr. Rock, a sweet 25'+ cliff off chair 1:

It's great seeing her take the next step and push herself mentally and physically. SheRa has come a long way over the past couple of years and it makes me proud. Nice work girl!!
Looks like another 10" in the forecast for tomorrow, so who is up? Bert at 7:15 AM. Who's gonna be there?
