MPC #49 Panoramic (May 14th-28th)

I've chosen "Panoramic" as the theme for the 49th MPC. Panoramas are a great way to document the vastness of a scene. They can also be done in unconventional ways. Don't worry if you don't have a specialized pano head for stitching large panos, you can crop down any photo. Just remember that it needs to make sense as a panorama.

(feel free to post large images if you need to)

examples:

RULES:
1. Photos must be taken within the time period of the contest.
2. You may submit 3 photos during the competition.
3. The contest moderator will choose 5 photos to be voted on.
4. The winner will get a happy feeling in his/her pants. (That is a rule by the way, not an option.)
5. In the event of a tie, the contest moderator will have the deciding vote.
6. Winner will be the contest starter/moderator for the next comp.
7. The winner has 3 days to start a new contest or 2nd place becomes the new winner.

^ Sweet! keep em coming. can't go wrong with a mountainous sky line. On that pano I think it would help to see a little bit more of the mountains towards the bottom.

I got some great pictures of the sunset in Bellingham tonight from my own little cove and this whole week is looking to rainy. Dynamic weather makes for fiery sunsets over the San Juans
