Any interest in a huge freeride bike?

I have a 2007 Specialized Enduro Expert that I will no longer ride. If people want the whole bike, it is for sale. Otherwise I can sell just the frame + whatever parts you want off of it. Right now it is built up as a freeride bike.

Currently, it is stock with the following exceptions:
DeeMax wheels (I can keep them or include the stock wheels
    semi-used DH tires (Michi 32 2.8s and 24 2.5s)
    tru-vativ 29" DH handlebars (2" rise)
50 mm stem (i have original stem too...110mm or so)
    dual 8" rotors
    e.13 chainguide
vanilla rc shock (550 and 500#s)

Open to offers. Would like to see $1400 for everything (i.e., stock parts no longer on it but in my posession). Currently, marshalolson is revamping the fork.

    Edit: SIZE XL

Possibly for a buddy. By big do you mean 6'5" 235ish range?

this might actually fit someone 6'5 instead of someone like squatch who is even more awkwardly tall

That would be perfect. Maybe throw the 500# spring on vs the 550, although you might like it firmer than I do.

It's a 25.4" TT. 21" frame. I'm 6'9"; it fits like a DH bike on me. Size-wise, it was fun as hell to ride down, total suck to ride up.

The bike is boxed up right now in as-is condition, so I can't really take parts off. (Somebody bailed before I could tell marshal not to box it). But I can include or not include any of the stock parts I have not currently on it (44T ring, long stem, stock wheels, one stock tire).

who wants to wheel and deal?

edit: imagine it with a shock, and that's what it looks like (plus steezy gold grips)

What was the original shock, and would it be available rather the mega hefty coil?

DHX air, with some custom work for specialized. They sealed the external reservoir and the body eyelet is different (15mm). I don't have it anymore, but the RC isn't that much heavier, is super tuneable, rides better, and doesn't break the air seals with dirt and grit gets on it.

I rolled it into Marshal's that way and he immediately said "Phil should ride that."

Whitesmoke, for what it is worth I am 6'3'' 230 and ride the same exact bike... find myself riding it over my hardtail even on the fast flowy stuff and when it gets a little more rugged, the bike is a blast.

Also interested in the wheel set should you part it out... can even give you the stock rims from the Expert to keep it complete.

i've decided to keep this to DH on and maybe forego a DH bike for the time being. It's still for sale at $1400 with everything, but I'm not going to part out anything.

How does this affect the new bike purchase?

Chick wasn't interested, thought it was too much money, thinks she can get a "real" DH bike for less...lol.

Fun Bike. I ride the same in a large at 6'1". I swap the shocks from DHX air to RC coil and the Coil certainly rides nice, better perhaps. This does fit into "freeride" category, but suits me fine for longer rides and the flowy singletrack around here.

Looking forward to a dt ex1750 wheel upgrade I got from Marshal arriving soon...

it doesn't...it just puts off the full bore DH purchase until it's sold.
