Let me tell you about jobs, and how one comes about them.

1. You LOOK for a job. That's right, you have to go and find one. You don't just wake up when you are 21 years old and find yourself employed.
2. You APPLY for a job that suits you. This usually starts with you sending in a CV (this stands for curriculum vitae by the way)
3. If you get past this stage you have one or a series of interviews - whether they be telephone, face to face, a video on youtube IS ENTIRELY UP TO THE ORGANISATION YOU ARE APPLYING TO.
4. You either get accepted or rejected.

See, here is the thing. You come to this community and ask for help. This is a give and take kind of place and quite frankly, it is common to give before taking. Now, just because you shot this video about a ski club you ran has little to do with the fact this is just spam. Spam is an unasked for advertisement to help someones cause. This is indeed spam. Oh and I am an all-round skiier. Not just a 'jibbah' although I can ski in the park, just as I can ski powder/back country, just as much as I can race and just cruise around a piste. I am an all round skier, although I do suck at moguls.

If you had bothered to read anything at all, even remotely, you would know that the forum you posted in is about skiing. Not for intellectually challenged jackasses who don't know shit to beg for a job. Recently we lost a truly great individual and a number of the threads here are paying homage to this person. And here comes Oli to beg us to help him find a job and cunting up a perfectly good ski forum with his shit, as if you deserve to be at the top of a forum about skiing.

Mistake number 2.
You asked for help with so little info about what you are doing and why or a reason to help other than you need a job - that it is like blood in the shark pen.

Mistake number 3.
Even if the collective was inclined to help you to ask without offering something, even a good lie or a better story, is really rude. Some cultures it will get you killed. Welcome to the jungle baby.
