I don't think there are any in boulder Not enough hippies to support 'em

I used to work at the falafel king (in denver, but there is one in boulder), it was ok, I got fired for eating too much and not working for shit.

Heard this place is good: http://www.leafvegetarianrestaurant.com/

I have yet to eat there, but you won't have any problem finding a veggie menu anywhere in Boulder. Are you really asking this question! It's Boulder!

Oh forgot about the fast food joint: http://www.vgburgers.com/ Relatively quick and naturally good food. Love the agave soda.

I'm a veggie and when I lived in Boulder, I liked:

-leaf is awesome, but a bit pricey. good for a date though.
-vg burgers is some good fast food veggie.
    -Illegal Pete's Big Potato Burrito
    -Tokyo Joe's Boulder Veggie Bowl
    -Sherpa's
-West End has a good black bean ruben
-Mountain Sun has a black bean soup/chilli, veggie/hummus sandwich
-Aji supposedly has some good options
-Smelly Deli on the hill has great falafel
-Jalino's has some tasty pizza (and I don't say that just cuz I worked there)
-Boulder Co-op had good food, but got shut down for taxes
-Pretty much any of the pricey fine dining joints will cook you whatever you want

I can't think of a restaurant in Boulder that doesn't have some kind of vegetarian options. Most have a few.

If you go to Denver, check out Watercourse and Sputnik

    Leaf is excellent. Tandoori, too.

As others have said there are lots of good veggie options on the menu at various places. Even the Rio has good spinach mushroom enchiladas.

Leaf is good, but I left hungrier than when I arrived.

Vegetarian friend really likes Hapa for vegetarian sushi. Yes, it sounds counterintuitive.

Alexanders on Arapahoe and Broadway has rocking burritos - patato, bean and kale with garlic is really awesome.
It was all a whirlwind; freeze and flash.
Within a week we had grabbed our skis and hit the road.
