Need a good lawyer to sue Vail Resorts

Does anybody have a recommendation for a lawyer that is knowledgeable with the civil laws regarding the ski resorts in Colorado? If so, please forward the info to me. If I can find the right lawyer, I intend on suing VR because their patrol pigs at Keystone improperly pulled my son’s pass.

What was improper about it? Was he skiing out of bounds or out of control or both?

You see, in this world there's two kinds of people, my friend: Those with loaded guns and those who dig. You dig.

Sue Newton for dicovering that Gravity theory, without which your troll kid couldn't have gotten in trouble in the first place. I don't know the status of Newton's estate, but there might be something somewhere.

He and a few friends were stuck in the trees on the side of the run when the patrol pig closed and swept the run. It was a safety issue where they had to help a friend get out of the trees and it took them a while to get out. When they popped out the patrol pig pulled their tickets.

I don’t give a fuck if I win or loose. I am always up for the challenge and it will cost VR more to defend a suit that it will cost me to file it. I rarely loose legal battles. I spent $5k last year fighting a speeding ticket and a dog at large ticket and won both.

I really just need the name of a good lawyer that knows the how to deal with the ski resorts. At a minimum I’d like to get some advice on issues in general regarding the resorts. In fact, in light of the comments from Forest Service spokesman Matt Mathes last year, I am thinking of maybe being the first one to challenge the local laws about ducking a rope to enter a National Forest.

Yes. Send an email to Scot Schmidt. He specializes in suing ski resorts.

Wow, good luck suing VR. I do hope you realize they encounter many many lawsuits, and something about a pulled pass is going to cost much more money in legal fees then the pass is worth, which is probably the most you could ever be rewarded.

And on top of that, realize that you are suing a massive corporation, as in a publicly traded company. Good luck.

I predict something involving ropes and crossing them and the whole spoiled rich brat thing is a given considering Daddies first reaction is to reach for a shyster lawyer.

Although he can't be that spoiled and rich otherwise Daddy wouldn't have to ask here....either that or a troll.
