I'm guessing you haven't dealt with a lot of shipping involving a border lately especially straddling a couple of holidays? Tracking numbers, phone calls, emails or did you just start here with a slamfest against a guy who may well have sent your goods some time ago.

    Thumbs up sweet!

Either way, someone is gonna get reamed here. Will it be our angry canuck friend, or Mr-Dibs-Endless? Only time will tell.

it takes 2 weeks to have a shipment arrive in eastern europe from the day it was shipped. i doubt canada is that much farther away, although they're more advanced in their socialism

Well then maybe you haven't dealt with it much either. My last 4 or 5 shipments from the states have been 3 weeks minimum. Mind you I ask for postal service, you can get shipping quicker but get screwed on brokerage so it's not usually worth it.

In my personal experience Endless isn't that great a communicator...so that could be a substantial part of the problem as well.

4.5 weeks is excessive, for whatever whenever.

Did you buy his ice axe?

Wait a minute. Reading the post again I see the guy sent his money 4.5 weeks ago. So did it take 2 weeks for a cheque to clear or 2 weeks to mail it? Was it paypal but still better part of a week to clear over a weekend? Did it take the guy a week to stick the thing in the mail AFTER receiving the money? Is taking a week to get something in the mail a huge crime? 4.5 weeks is NOT shipping time it's shipping time PLUS how long it took money to be received.

Again, emails sent or just straight to slamming on the internet? Not hearing much from minder of gaps but facts are typically getting reworked here.

I think this needs to stay on the front page. We haven't had a callout in a long time.

You're right...I'm just guessing that this might go through a longer process at Customs than say a simple pair of skis, DVDs or books.

I bought a pair of Scarpas from Endless and they were as described and promptly shipped.

I think it is important to remember that Endlesswntr and Endlessseason are two different people.

Not sure if people are confusing the two?
