    Cupolo coupon *not spam*

I have no affiliation w/ the site but... cupolosports.com is having a sale w/ a buch of stuff pretty cheap (ie atomic 614 for $59 if you've got a hostage plate) an it seems that if you enter cupolo20off in the coupon line you'll get an extra 20% off. I know they might not be the most reliable retailers but oh well, $47 for binders is a steal.

New hockey gloves! Woot! Hate to replace the ol' Ferlands, but there was more hole than palm left- and they were already re-palmed twice.

    Thanks man.

I think most of the negative experiences came from some prodeal type prices offered a year or two ago on the powder board, that deal blew up good.

Their eBay department wasn't always on top of things. I bought a pair of skis and they sent the wrong size. They eventually refunded my money after like 10 days. But this internet deal was too good to pass up. B3s + P14s + Lange Boots for $495 with no tax or shipping. I'll take that.

Well I've always had good luck with them. But it sounds like it was good luck.

Fourth that. Jay Cupolo lied to me, repeatedly. Worst internet/ebay tranaction EVER. You can get a good deal with him, but you are taking a risk. He was banned from ebay for a reason.

The only way I would buy from Cupolo's again is COD. Terrible customer service, nothing like being put on hold for 20 minutes to be told they can't find your UPS tracking #, nor do they have your order on record (but my cc was charged 2 months ago). Fortunately my skis showed up as promised. Then I bent one and didn't even bother trying to deal with them for warranty service.

Those guys could fuck up a wet dream.
I've concluded that DJSapp was never DJSapp, and Not DJSapp is also not DJSapp, so that means he's telling the truth now and he was lying before.

I bought skis from them as well back in '03 I think (via ebay) and I had the same experience. When I called them they said they were going to transfer me to their "ebay department" and I sat on hold for 20 minutes. I'm guessing "ebay department" = 1 monkey.

I had a good experience with them... I bought a pair of Seth Pistols about a month ago for $325. They came within 5 days. The only problem I had was a damn customs fee that was unexpected (I think it was because the package was valued at more than $250), but I called and Cupolo's refunded me half of that without a problem. I'd definitely do it... hell, I don't even need skis and I'm thinking about it.

I must have gotten lucky a few years ago when I scored a new pair of 190 W9.1FF's for ~$250 and got them in WA in 3 days or so. Sounds like things have gone south since.

Good look trying to warranty that shit.
If it's too good to be true, there's a reason.

Just following up on the Cupolo bargain sale they were running. Its been 2 weeks since my order, and today I called their shipping department. They said they were "trying" to ship out all their orders today or tomorrow. When asked if he thought it was acceptable to wait 2 weeks to ship, he responded "Well, we had like 300 orders man, and just got backed up."

I am still waiting on my bindings. $47 bucks for 14 din bindings that will not eff my warranty on my new skis is pretty awesome, I can wait a month if that's what it takes during pre-season. If this was the regular ski season, I'd be in a screaming rage.

I picked up a pair of b1's about two months ago. Skis arrived in 4 days, no hassles. Also picked up a pair of Dynastars for the gf a month ago. Skis and bindings arrived in about 8 days. They charged my credit card the wrong amount for the second shipment, but when I called they immediately sent a credit to my credit card. Thing was they credited me too much. Her Dynastar Intuitive 71's with Looks ended up costing me $160. I sure as hell ain't got anything against Cupolo's.

I worked with Cupolo's very closely a few years back and they are a top notch organization.. Definately no complaints here..
