Davenport is presenting The Centennial Peaks: Skiing Colorado's 100 Tallest and Lessons Learned tonight at 6:30 at Ski & Snowboard Academy in Minturn. It's free. Let me know if you want to grab a beer beforehand.

"Two-time extreme skiing world champion Chris Davenport is widely regarded as one of the premier big mountain skiers in the world. Among his many ski-mountaineering achievements, in 2007, Davenport became the first person to ski all 54 of Colorado's 14,000-foot peaks in less than one year.

On Tuesday, Ski & Snowboard Club Vail (SSCV) will host a free event, open to the public: The Centennial Peaks: Skiing Colorado's 100 Tallest and the Lessons Learned. Davenport will be discussing his extreme take on risk management and method for decision-making while on expeditions, such as his conquest of the Colorado peaks."
