Ok, imagine you spent $100 - $200 more on a Ski just because it is lighter than another and put a heavy Binding on it. Makes no sense.

Is this an epic troll? Super light skis are really only good in pristine conditions. They are the skis you buy and put super light tech bindings on for backcountry skiing. Resort skis work better if they aren't super light.

The upcoming Head Kore is as good as every other Ski in its segment on piste.

If you are 50% on, 50% off piste you dont want to use tech bindings.

It's this a new thread? You delete the old one? Expecting a different response??

stop making these threads, and don't think reporting the posts mocking your dumb ass is going to get you anywhere.

This is the thread. In this thread, you will finally get the answer that you seek. Dumbass.

No it's not. I demoed the Kore 105 and would only use it as a touring ski. It's nowhere near as good as other heavier and stiffer skis in that width.

    Wait. There was another thread?

OP, im here to help. Forget these jokers.

Now, for me to really pin it down, are you looking for a minimum or a maximum of DIN 7?

You can really shave some weight with a lower DIN, and really, as long as you have finesse, you can run the DIN pretty low with no issues.

Don't get me wrong, they were great in smooth and consistent snow but I didn't like them at all in crud and anything bumpy.

I know there are PIN Bindings but they lack in safety and performance (Heel).
Im not into Touring so I dont need the Heel piece of a PIN Binding.
Alpine Heel pieces are much better in safety and performance.
So my idea is to use a PIN toe piece and an Alpine Heel piece.
Then I have the advantages of both worlds (weight, safety and performance).

    My Question is:
What is the lightest Alpine Binding Heel piece with a DIN above 7.
First post in the deleted thread. You can pretty much imagine the responses, and you'd be correct.

OP needs to watch some ski porn and buy all the best lightest new gear used by the PROS, no need to ask here where actual skiers discuss skiing
