Tirol, Austria for a winter and get the Tirol Snowcard, I think about 84 ski areas, hundreds of lifts, Ischgl, Solden, Hintertux, Obergurgl, Kuhtai, Innsbruck areas, Kitzbuhl, Zillertal Arena. Only thing missing is St. Anton....

Antarctica for sure, all the other places mentioned are easily doable at a lot less money. Unless you do a AK heli trip based from a yacht, with Russian hookers.

Alex's trip to Svalbard, or where ever in the hell it was is the arctic version or Antarctica, would be an option, but they don't have penguins ( polar bears would cool, if they didn't eat you.)

I agree it is a constitutional right for Americans to be assholes...its just too bad that so many take the opportunity...

Had to really think about this one. As a fan of northern climes and remote locales, I'm gonna have to go with Norway. That lodge Plugboots linked to would do just fine. Japan, South America and the Alps also rate pretty high in my book.

I've always thought these mountains might be interesting. Probably have to take a boat or ski plane to get to them. And polar bears might be a problem.
