Road trip so far TR
so the road trip has been pretty sweet so far, and i just wanted to tahnks some peeps for showing me a good time
Mel and Lawrence from Cog Wild Bike Tours in Bend, you guys were awesome, thanks for all the info
Hans in Bend, good riding with you bud
and the lovely ladies in Hood River at MV bikes, thanks for letting us follow you around
(not sure who was here, and who is MTBR, sorry)
besides being followed by storms everywhere, sweet riding. unfortunately, i have few good pics, but here are a few
Monarch Crest Monday 9/17 - think the temp never got above 37 degrees. we saw it all man, rain, SNOW, sleet, hail, etc..... bummer, hopefully next year is better
Tuesday 9/18 - Gunnison - Hartman rock, no pics
Wed 9/19 - Fruita - Chutes and Ladders (twice), Zippity Doo Da, and Kessels
Thu 9/20 - Fruita - Joes Ridge, Kessels, Mary's Loop, Moore Fun
Fri 9/21 - Moab - Slickrock and that freeride place - no pics
Sat 9/22 - Moab - Hazard Co, LPS, Porcupine Rim - no good pics
Sun 9/23 - Day off
Mon 9/24 - Moab - Amasa back, Sovereign trail - no good pics
Tues 9/25 - SLC - Wasatch trail - SNOW pics i got yelled at for in another post
Wed 9/26 - Ketchum - Fisher Creek
was amazed by the fire devastation on the climb, going too fast to stop for pics on the descent
Thu 9/27 - Bend - Phils (and about 4 trips to the bike shop) no pics
Fri 9/28 Bend - Klamath Falls Loop - SNOWing on us again, no pics
Sat 9/29 Oakridge - Middle fork

Tues 10/2 - Roseburg - N Umpqua Trail
Wed 10/3 McKenzie R Trail in SNOW and rain
Fri 10/5 - Pinchot Forest - Falls Creek Trail and Hood River - Post Canyon
again thanks to whomever helped me out that is part of this forum, would have definately been lost without some of your guidance
sorry the pics are pretty lame, most all of the trip was in freezing conditions and when the weather was good we were so stoked from riding didnt take the time to stop at all
next year im leaving a month earlier to tackle some of these trails, and then it is california tip to tip and the southwest
still headed through montana and wyoming on this trip, so hopefully i can squeeze some riding in those areas as well
keep spinning

thanks for sharing. I think most of us in these forums would kill for a mtb road trip like that. nice work man.

You covered some ground!
Nice pics too- great to see the contrast in vegetation between colorado and the coast.
