Yes, I'd like a hi-res copy of that one, for desktop photo or even to print. Think about it, please.

Could be last weekend for biking here, or not....

Off to Targhee for a big loop this afternoon.

Who's going to the Teton Freedom Rider night at the Coach tonight? Looks fun. (sortof past my middleaged bedtime and over the pass to boot)

Very nice... love that place! My roommate and I went up there one year by bike, locked them up at the hut and then hiked in to Mamquam Lake. The terrain back there is just stunning. Its too bad they don't allow bikes beyond the lakes as it continues on as road for quite a ways. Bugs were heinous at Mamquam but that was mid summer. Thanks for the post!

I think that was my favorite ride of our trip 2 years ago, thanks again for the beta on that one. Bummed we did not get to do it this year! The loop option will make it a lot easier to pull off.

    Sweet pics as always!

My ride almost came to a very abrupt end here on Spiro. Came to a stop with my brake levers just barely touching the bark. Whew.

    Heh

I wish I had a helmet cam shot of the 60ft stoppie I did, coming to a halt 3 ft from some poor guy and his grandkids today. I apologized profusely but just hope he realizes the personal milestone of that being the longest controlled nose wheelie I'll ever do.

Caught the same snowbiking fling that flowtron got, upper teton pass trails were snowed in but Phillips Canyon was money. Snow had surprising amount of grip, as did new ghetto tubeless setup (thanks Rob!). Mini gaping edito below:

As my buddy said yesterday at highland, unapologetically fall:

Full faces always seem to hide giant cheesy grins and I end up looking like a crazy person. Finally made my way down to sherwood and hit some true dirt jumps, really fun! Dirt jumping in a full face is a pain the ass though, gotta remember two helmets.

It started snowing here in August, so these timely seasonal pics are actually from 2 months ago. Good God the trail was money that day. My buddy Josh fucking crushed it on his hardtail, complete with my old Marz. Z 150 still running as buttery smooth as the day it was born in 2004....No wait, smoother, I think that thing is actually possessed by some kind of benevolent spirit of Italian suspension engineering.

    Tacktacular!

Such a good riding season, it was mostly brown pow from May into October!

    Nice! Sweet pics!

My first big fork was a Z150. Sweet fork at it's time. Ride it, ride it, ride it!

I love that my hardtail now has a 150mm fork that weighs half of what that fork did, though.
