looking at it while rolling on i ran into a pole in front of his office and came to a stop immedaitely with my left knee doing the ramming ....

I think it happened before ... don´t need mrt or x ray but got bad blue spot will post it here it´s 10 X 20 cm totally purple .... the leg muscle took the brunt so the patelly did not explode ...
